@WowzersCedition In the Return, the Sangheili do not have any Scientists, No Officers and No Clerics. No Religion, No Law and No Science.
Since they can't refer the infection as being scientific, the Zealot refers the Zombies as being a Curse just like how they used to call the Flood, The Parasite before they knew their true name.

@KingSangos Although personally I think the filter actually flawed the machinima, I'm surprised it didn't provide an attraction. I tend to see people here flock to the effect laden videos.
Well, it only goes to prove my grievances with the channel these days. The vast majority of people don't come here for talents such as yourself, and the few that do have got to fine-tooth comb the enormous level of content to find it.
The meaning of machinima's really getting lost to this world.

@Bizargh What you said was correct. StonedFilmer was the one that suggested and created the filter. Stoned asked me if I wanted him to keep the change in filter and I said that it was OK for him to do so. It was an experiment for me to see if it would improve the Machinima or not.
If people liked it, then they would watch this one. If they didn't then they could watch the one on my Channel.

The dialogue & music were a vastly beautiful & incredible combination. And the voice actor's performance was nothing short of astounding. And the concept was rather unique; to blend an undead setting with the tragic story of a Sangheili warrior (and what a well portrayed one)
Apart from the new camera filter that really dampened over the original visual elements of the original take like the bloodied river, this is undoubtably one of the greatest Halo machinima shorts I have seen in my lifetime

@KingSangos Why was the camera filter changed? It kind of ruined the original sights of this short, especially the bloodied river the Zealot escaped from. Unless this was on StonedFilmer's part to visually convey the mood of your tragic tale.

I wouldn't expect this spin-off to reach over the ten-thousands of views but that doesn't really matter.
As long as people like watching it and they understand what is being stated then it all good :).

Machinima... Oh how you have changed. Not even two years ago I could remember when machinima as taken seriously and had a good storyline to everything, like the video above. Now, its full of Call of Duty shit lords who just want to see montages and shit. Machinima used to mean great ideas and stories for everyone to see and enjoy and to be taken seriously. And before you all go "FFS HALO MACHINIMA!" Halo essentially made machinima what it is today. Good machinima is a dying breed. :'( I miss it

It's funny how people are repeating the same comments disregarding the video there watching, I saw some people comment below saying "halo is way over used"..dude we have a lack of halo videos and your saying its over used?!!? Since 2010 other games dominated Machinima videos but in fact Halo was almost the key to Machinima's fame if you were subscribed to them 5 years ago..
