The South Kona Green Market is located in the heart of the agricultural belt on the Big Island of Hawaii. On August 3, 2008, farmers and artisans from around South Kona joined with the Amy B. H. Greenwell Ethnobotanical Garden and opened their Green Market. Again the ancient farm fields were filled with products both grown and created with loving hands.
More than just a farmers market, this Green Market is committed to sustainability, natural practices, and diversity, working with the earth to produce quality food and art for the local community. It is a place for family and friends to gather and enjoy good food, craftsmanship and the beautiful gardens. It is here that you will find a green connection between farm and family. Make the Green Market a part of your Sunday.
