Where are SL NAVY and AIR FORCE? Why ground troops have to fire 4 KM into the sea. Is SL NAVY incapable of destroying these boats or Chicken that can not face a depleated LTTE. This way I can see Prabhakaran can escape easily, if hey can come even at this stage to the open sea. I can not beleive this.
