I just noticed the Newsday Magazine you have in the beginning of the video. I have been trying to remember and locate that for years. I remember reading it when I lived at my parents house and thinking what a great time we were living in on Long Island. I would love to see the article again!

the bands that played at spize like Modern English, Lords of the New Church, APB, OMD, ETC have nothing to do with the video dance contest. These are the people that hung out at the club. It's apples and oranges.
