ahh, yes.

2. How many elements are in a proper cause of action?

Prosecutor or judge: objection, legal opinion.

3. Since you just impeached the witness I move to have case dismissed as his/her evidence has been impeached.

if that fails you can go in to the cause/body argument you do. Simple with less talking.

@DoranCreative ..... Some people have called me telling me that did not work for them. Nothing always works. Not even motions that are perfect. The judges will do whatever they want. If you think asking a few questions will work, get the recording from you trial and share it with us. I dont know it all but know enough to know that nothing is perfect and even if it is, it doesnt mean it will work all the time. Thats why I file many motions as opposed to few. Let alone a few questions.

The facts the officer has are in evidence...you can ask for the disclosure(notes he made when stopping you). What then?

@niceshot209 Well he is on a good idea; anyone can get a copy of rules of civil/criminal procedure for his state. According to the website Jurisdictionary(dot)com, knowing the rules is a major part of winning in court.

Funny! I hope it's a joke. This has the makings of a story that judges and lawyers tell at parties for a good laugh. Utterly flawed in almost every way, this video advice should only be followed by people who want to go to jail with style. It's silly to think that our system is so flawed that a defendant can talk himself out of conviction by interjecting random legal words and arguing against established principles of law. If anyone could stay out of jail by doing that, everyone would. Thanks

My friend got pulled over for speeding. The officer told him just go to court and plead not guilty. We went to court and the officer started talking about calibration of the radar gun and everything else. Finally, the judge says "Youre worried about your points, aren't you" He said "Yes my wife will kill me" The judge said we'll just make it so you just went a little over the limit and no points were taken away. You could tell the officer and judge have been playing this game for awhile. fined

yeah, the state of or the people vs you - I always wondered to that ... I suppose one can open the entire population or all the legislators to testify against some one ... I always wanted to see that in a case .. :).... some one should try that ...
