i would never clean a pike in my kitchen, you did a decent job deboning, although i still think i was taught the ultimate way by a native guide in northern saskatchewan. I will make a video this spring
MAN! Y don't just fish for some better type of fish?? Like speckledtrout,lemonfish,redsnapper,amberjack or flounder!! LOL These type are much easier to clean!!
I hadent ever fillied a pike before after watching your vedio, I tried it, I wasn't as good as you but at least I knew where to start. and what to look for. Thank you, that helped a lot.

just ate an awesome pike last night! de boned by yours truely. when done right, cant beat a slimey northern alberta jack. TROUT KILLER.

whenever you do any work on the fillet the skin should still be attached. until your done deboneing

Speckled trout are uncommon is Saskatchewan, existing in only a few select stocked waters. As for the other species, Saskatchewan in landlocked.
