Manson didn't actually murder anyone himself. End of. Neither was he convicted of murder.
He wasn't in great political power, these people could of ran, ignored him, ganged up on him. Whatever. He was just a street bum. 5 foot fucking 7 with no weapons. They chose to follow him.
They chose to murder, they didn't have to do it, he didn't put a gun to their head. They showed no mercy and they did it, they are accountable 100%.

Hitler had political power and could therefore enforce his views whether people agreed with him not. He was exercising perverse bigotry and murder via political muscle.
Manson on the other hand, was a street bum. An angry little tramp with a guitar. You telling me those people didn't CHOOSE to stay with him? that they couldn't of overpowered him or left.
He doesn't have mind powers, nor political power. They chose to do it.
