No one -- not race realist or race surrealists -- assert that "all" African descendant people are this or that IQ. It's the average distribution of IQ among a group that account for the disparities. Race realists recognize that fact which is supported by science. Race surrealists put fourth secular faith statements to avoid the facts... just like religious zealots.
