Common Ground: (n.) Shared beliefs or interests. A foundation for mutual understanding. Common Ground was established in 2004 by co-founders Brian "Big-B" Amigable, Kirk Arradaza, Tommy Pham, and David "Q-boi" Quach. Common Ground [CG] is based at the University of California, Irvine and is comprised of both UCI and non-UCI students, bringing together a diverse group of dancers from all over Southern California. Our team strives to show how much passion and love we have for dance and the hip hop community, while at the same time maintaining a family environment by hanging out together, caring for each other, and sharing the desire to dance. As CG approaches their 5th year anniversary, they want one message to remain clear, "that although we all may come from different backgrounds, lifestyles, precedence, or means, one thing is for sure, that dancing is our COMMON GROUND." CG YOU KNOW!

the gun part did not bite kaba, stfu you idiots, watch the dance for what it is. kaba wasnt even the first to do dance to gun shots, its like saying omg someone did a popping section wow they totally bit electric boogaloos, stfu idiots. their "gun" section was freakin badass and fun as hell to watch thats all that matters.

Between this set, VEGAS (Ultimate Brawl 09) , and DOOMSDAY (VIBE XV), CG has to be THE most creative crew around today. They really challenge themselves by picking "unconventional" music that you wouldn't normally associate with dance. Like if someone said, "They can do a dope routine to 'How to Save a Life'" I would call them crazy, but CG DID IT!
