Queen Creek Arizona Flip Home | Part 1

Here is my latest real estate investment in a flip home in the town of Queen Creek Arizona. This home is located in the community of San Tan Heights and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a den and a loft. It is over 2,800 square feet.

This was my first time being in the property and I was overall very pleased with the condition of the home. It looks like I will the following done: paint touch-up, carpets cleaned, landscaped trimmed and the a thorough cleaning!

The latest task to do on this flip project will be to stage the home, which I estimate will net me an additional $5,000.

Great looking project, I just bought my first home in Queen Creek (In Johnson Ranch, I'm from CA), and it seems like a decent up and coming town.
