try going to track motion in sony vegas and get rid of the bar of static at the bottom ?

also render in 960 x 540 to get rid of the black bars anound it, check ninjaa pigeons video on dazzle and render settings. If you look at my pipeline bounce quality test thats what your clips will look like :)
