Brel is... sheer emotion, for me.
A real poet, an unforgettable performer and a voice to make you cry.
I guess I also ended up learning French just to understand his lyrics full of love, rage and bitter disappointment. And although so many years have passed since he wrote about it, the bourgeoisie is still just as ludicrous and dumb as in his songs.Enjoy!

le plus grand compositeur francophone de tous les temps. Mes hommages Monsieur Brel. Quelle émotion, quel artiste !
Mes préférées sont et resteront "Ne me quitte pas" et "les vieux", mais là encore avec "Le plat pays" vous nous montrez que vous êtes un grand, un très grand !
