Skyrim: Master Destruction Spells Quest

Hey everyone, took me a bit to work out Army crap and my mic being a pain in the ass. But I got everything working (At least enough to make the video) and I figured I'd make the much anticipated Master Destruction Spell Quest guide :D

@H2joCreator destruction has to be 100 but try that one quest where u get that book where it can lvl u up faster

Lol I was looking for the book for a hour when I realised it was in my Inventory -_-

I just got 90 destruction and I talked to faralda and there was no quest, any help????
