Learn From My Custom White Balance Mistake

Sometimes I leave my white balance card down in the basement (my studio area) and I am too lazy to go an get it and I use a white piece of paper from my office instead. Well that has been a mistake I have been using for many months now.

Watch this video and notice the big difference in color temperature between the two white objects.

As an extra bonus I compare picture styles at the end of this video (sorry for the poor audio at the end).

Could you do a comparison to see what 'household' materials would match your white card 'white' the closest? (ie. white foam board, or construction paper)

how are you switching the picture styles ? it looks like you are doing it on your computer? and how do you download picture styles? i dont get i...... this was filmed with t2i right

I find Kodak GREY CARDS are perfect for white balance.  You don't get any glare from them. Don't know if they still sell them, though..

Hii , I downloaded Picture styles and Installed it to my 550D but it works for only Photo mode its not showing in Movie Mode , what i should do to get it in Movie mode ???? plz Reply :) ...
