Well, bye, see you later New Orleans. They'll never do anything to help people recover and rebuild from Katrina. And every time the issue comes up, they'll divert your attention away from the subject with another bright and shiny object! I guess Balloon Boy is this more important than the hundreds of thousands of people who were affected by Hurricane Katrina, 4 years later, and still no help, just more blame games, and ... wait, look up in the sky! It's a bird, it's a plane... it's BALLOON BOY!
