Beautiful Miracles Trailer - POTC fanfic

This was created for my now completed fanfiction, Beautiful Miracles. It's hard to explain in actual detail. So here's the summary:

What happens when Elizabeth Turner dies giving childbirth? Jack pretends to be a father that's what. He must protect the twins as he awaits the return of Will. But is the curse broken? And what will the twins think when they find out who Will really is?

Also, there's a few clips in here where she shows 2 extra people. The younger blonde girl is actually credited in the sequels trailer because she's actually Katie Turner but during this story, Elizabeth is pregnant with her. The brown haired boy by Trevor Morgan in the family clip isn't of any importance. I tried to cut the clip as best as I could.

It didn't. It's just that Elizabeth's character, and POTC females in general, get a lot of flack from moviegoers and fans, and this (semi) feminist is sick of it. It was your "Never Underestimate A Girl" video that made me like your stuff initially, BTW. So we're cool.

Hehe. Thanks. Seriously, I'm far from feminist because I'm female myself. I always liked the strong Elizabeth instead of the damsel in distress Elizabeth. In my story, Elizabeth isn't.. exactly dead. I don't want to ruin it if you do read it but she shows strength in it as well as weakness. If you read it you'll see what I mean. What pregnant woman is crazy enough to commandeer a ship, pick up a crew in Tortuga and then get kidnapped and whipped practically to death by the bad guy? XD

I like the video, and it sounds like a GREAT story. My one complaint, though, is the whole " strong heroine turning to jelly when she finds a good guy, and being a stay-at-home pregnant mom (until she dies in childbirth)" thing. Didn't poor Padme suffer enough in Revenge of the Sith?

In my story, even though it never goes through Elizabeth's pregnant, it states that she had rooms added to the bath house in Singapore where Sao Feng once occupied. Thus meaning that she at least sailed and was a pirate until she was almost full term. She had her children in Port Royal though so I'd say she probably sailed until she was at least 8 months pregnant. Elizabeth was far from being a stay-at-home pregnant mom in this.
