Guys, why are you nitpicking on the woman not wearing a tudung? To put it in another way, a man wearing a turban, jubah and carries a rosary bead doesn't mean he's 'alim or wise. What matters is inside the heart, and only Allah knows what's inside each of his servants' hearts.

It's nice that tv9 made this ad: rather than derogatory implications from an ad made by a "certain other channel," this reinforces the meaning of not being wasteful and greedy during the month of Ramadan.
