that's all I was looking for
Thank you man
I bought his book, but i didn't know how to exactly play the moeller technique
I wish there was something related with the free stroke.
Do you know where can I find it? again, thanks

As a way to get this into my students head I speak of learning how to throw the sticks. I know you don't actually throw the stick but still getting the concept that the motion is whip, throw, toss. Any analogy to make student understand that the motion is relaxed, smooth, fluid, liquid, no tension. The stick stays in constant motion, or orbit. Way out man!

That's the thing its not a waist of energy. U missed the while point. This is if u want to play extremely loud without hurting urself and without breaking sticks this the way to go. Don't be so ignorant.

Seems like alot of wasted energy to play a down stroke.

funny i used to pitch and this reminds me of that

Yes. True. Haha. But the moeller involves arm and forearm as well. Formal strokes are all wrist.
I like the instruction, thank you for posting dom's lessons.
