If you are in a public place their is no expectation of privacy . Yes it does happen that people you dont want to talk to will from time to time come up and talk to you now you do have the right to ask them to leave if they make you feel uncomftorbale but they have the same excat right to stay where they are . If a person physically threatns you or verbally threatns you then you have the right to call the police and make a report .
