if i decided i wanted this guitar and i bought it off you guys, but wanted the hardshell case that comes with say the american standards or just a regular universal case where would i be sitting price wise? ive never liked gig bags....so much so that every single guitar i own has a hardshell case.

@caressxofxsteel the gig bag is part of the price from Fender, so either way you would get that. I could get you the Fender SKB case for about $99.00 extra...that is the TSA approved case too.

I have this guitar, I have one question, in the manual it says that the distance between the pickup must be specific depending to the type of pickups it has, in the case of Texas Special the bass side of the pickup must be (from the bottom of the string to the top of the pickup) 3.6 mm and in the treble side 2.4 mm, is the guitar you are using adjusted to this standards? I really want to make the best of the guitar but is this thing of adjusting applied to this guitar? I want this to be standard
