Former swimming champion Adam is now a pool attendant at a smart hotel in Chad's capital city. His grown-up son Abdel helps out, but when the hotel is taken over by new owners he is demoted and replaced by Abdel.
Hurt and resentful, he is left seething with humiliation and commits a terrible act of betrayal with devastating consequences.
