Did you upload the video of you beating it to youtube? Because if you didn't then I am still the first person on youtube* to beat GTA IV. Unless you have a video up before the date shown on mine showing the completion of the game, then it doesn't count I'm afraid.

yeah I rigged my Xbox so it thinks we are still in 2005 so technically i'm the first human being to finish GTA 4, even when it was just a thought in the designer's brain haw!
