The music takes this otherwise fantastic "10" photo gallery on a scale of 1 to 10...and makes it a 21 ! Damn nice job ! Spiritual even ! Hats off to those who complete it and also to those who might fail but accept the challenge to begin with ! Anyone who takes it on has got to come away from it a newer, different, better person !

I always thought May was the best month to begin a thru hike. Now I'm reading it's April. Well, an earlier start makes for a slower, kinder pace.

Hi!! I am leaving for the PCT in April(!), so ive been looking up videos, it is so beautiful!! Do you have any advice for me? or is there something you wish you had done difetently? Ill look forward to hearing from you!

Take a video camera that is also capable of taking still-shots. Take lots of photos, especially photos of those you hike with because you will probably not see them again. Value every day that you are out there, even the days when it is hard & painful . Those days sometimes make the best memories. Keep a journal and post it for others to see. Don't be afraid of the desert, it is a beautiful place, too beautiful to miss. Say hello to Donna Saufley at Agua Dulce hostel for me.
