Tributes have been paid to a soldier who died while serving on operations with the United Nations in Cyprus. WO2 (QMSI) Graham Bean, who was serving with 73 Engineer Regiment (V) attached to 3 Royal Anglian Group, died on Tuesday after being taken ill while deployed in the high profile post of VIP visit coordinator. He was known by many and his sudden passing has been deeply felt across the United Nations Force In Cyprus (UNFICYP). The Ministry of Defence said he died doing something he cared passionately about, in the service of peace and of his country.
