I stumbled upon ur video and everthing u made looks quite yummy...I've tried vegan chocolate before but I find it too bitter (usually pure/dark chocolate are the ones I've found to be vegan, so I'm wondering if you know if there's something I can add to it/do to make it taste less bitter? thanks : )

@TheTofuGuru im assuming this doesnt include milk chocolate? just the dark? Q.Q
Is there a substitute for coconut because I'm allergic

@keylimecupcake1998 Could try using soy or rice milk, I'd recommend using a little less since they're both thinner than coconut - good luck!

is chocolate vegan? or do you have to get VEGAN chocolate?

@dumblond01 Alot of brands of chocolate are coincidentally vegan, you just have to check the ingredients list!

i made the coconut truffles yesterday and they were delicious!
crunchy on the outside and gooey on the middle!
however when i was making them i really struggled getting them into balls... the mixture was really gooey and they ended up more like patties than balls haha
i left the mix in the freezer for hours and it was really hard to scoop out of the bowl, but when i went to roll them it sort of just melted in my hands, i had to keep wetting them... any tips to stop this happening??

@nnnaaatttaaallliiiee My only tip would be to work as fast as you can and don't roll the ganache around for too long - just long enough to get it into shape. This happens to me alot too... it's just a matter of speed!
