Award-winning Aurora / Western Connecticut State University comes back to the Fringe for the tenth time with its 'stunning' and evocative production of Chekhov's classic Three Sisters. This production is flawlessly acted and beautifully designed to recreate Chekhov's characters who are searching for meaning as fast-moving events threaten to upend the world they grew up in. Funny, heartbreaking, a journey into lives of people you'll never forget. This surprisingly modern play will be enjoyed by all ages.
Aurora has attracted a large Fringe following with ground-breaking reinterpretations of classics that have brought these works to new audiences. The shows include An Enemy of the People, Romeo and Juliet, Twelfth Night, Antigone, The Tempest, Orpheus and Macbeth.
