How are these not rotting in a few years??When i have sunk wood into the ground it has rotted through in 3-4 years! Is it a certain kind of wood?

for all the professional av equipment the volume levels of voice vs the annoyingly loud music is pretty shocking

The robustness of the gate post is dependant on the diameter but also on the effort used to compact the soil around the post. Just look at how much tamping they did in the film! If you arms dont ache afterwards then the soil's not compact enough.
