George Bush wasn't in the senate. IF he gave this decisive vote, he must have done it as the President of the Senate which is one of the duties of VIce Predident, namely serving as the tie-breaking vote in the event of ties.

@ThreeX he classifies himself as black. many arabs are black just like many hispanics are but many ppl dont say "i'm black" but gaddiff, hugo chevz and fidal castro have no problem talking about their african roots

@TheNewJeru777 You have humbled yourself!The sacrifices of the Lord are a humble spirit; a humble and contrite heart, the Lord will not despise, but before I can join you in any battle, WE must make sure that the innocent do not become the victims. Which off-springs of the white devils are we gonna get first? be very careful! many white devils died alongside the blacks who fought and and won "Some freedom".
