Jon5700 - plz remove retard McBlemmen's comment. RIP is meant for Doug and Matt, the two pilots who tried to control the airplane while being burned alive when cargo fire right underneath them broke out shortly after their t/o from Dubai heading for Cologne, Germany. The smoke from the cargo fire made them basically blind, they couldn't see outside and they couldn't see inside (instrument gauges). Yet they managed to avoid hitting any populated areas. RIP Doug & Matt, you are dearly missed.

R.I.P 571. Sadly I saw her at SDF just 4 days before the crash. She was taxiing out to 17R to begin her doomed journey around the world. I never thought it would be the last time I would see her. :(
