Wide screen version. :)
Master Herman and Master Giarone demonstrate consumate ease of movement as they casually meandre through a string of 1st Dan Choi Kwang Do patterns while waiting for the 1st Korean seminar to begin.
Their relaxed state maximises the potential and performance of sequential movement which in turn makes the technique more effective and effortless to perform.
An upward spiral of biomechnical efficiency probably best referred to as poetry in motion, sequential motion.
This flow state takes time and care to nurture, requires ongoing self observation as well as perception and understanding of Choi Kwang Do technique.
It is the same state demonstrated by Grandmaster Choi during patterns and other senior students who have developed this somewhat elusive ability.
Consult your friendly local Choi Kwang Do instructor for more information :))
