I can't find the opening number for the tony's for this year, (where each musical does a piece and it ends up being a huge number). Is there one up? I think it would be amazing!

@GreaseAddict27 it prob didnt help that they had to pack in all those songs into one number. Takes away the whole effect of the show.... so, I agree.

South Pacific is unarguably the one of the best musicals of all time. Much better than this malarkey and the lion king..

The Lion King did win best Musical in 1998, when it was up for best musical. That was just a special performance to celebrate the 10the anniversary. So I don't know what you're talking about.

NO! Grease is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The play is awesome. When they were on the tonys they didnt do as well as they do it in the play.

definitely was rizzo in my high school's production.
our entire cast went up to NYC to see this.
we practically based our entire show off of them.
it was amazing.
