Used to go to Erewhon in LA eons ago. Live in small town, Oregon now, but the store has really changed. Kept up with the times. I was veg/macrobiotic then. It is paradise here. but I am newly raw and need to join a local farmers' coop to get any decent produce. Meantime, I make do with what I can find. I don't want to get started with all the prepared foods anyway now. Best for me to keep it simple. Expansion is easy. Simple.....not so easy. So exciting to see and hear these great women.

The amount of raw food in London shops is getting bigger each month. I just wish it would be more diverse = ie no more chocolate or flax but some nut cheese and kale crisps!
