So true. There is no clear ID on the remains so to have just anyone stand around to see if the medical examiner is doing a good job is ridiculous. If there were 10 children missing and there were 10 defense teams out there for their clients, does that mean all 10 defense teams have the right to be in the medical examiners autopsy room? NOPE! Now the defense team is making this a three-ring circus.

I think Dr. Lee had his own show at one time. A lot of time people donate their bodies to science in order to educate everyone in the medical field. What Mrs. Baden (defense attorney) said was so off the wall it is disgusting.

Why is the defense so untrustworthy of the people who are doing the investigation???

Its like they wont trust what is going to be said about the body and crime scene just because THEY didnt watch the tests being done personally

Its going to be interesting to see what angle they take at her trial later on.

I bet they try to convince the jury that the evidence is wrong because they werent allowed to review it themselves

I have no clue why the defense team is so leary about the FBI, OCSD, the medical examiner etc., etc. They just like to spin everything in the media to put doubt in people's minds. The general public is not stupid and we know what they are trying to do.

Wow what a bitch you are ! First of all, the lady on the defense team wasn't referring to Caylee when she said.. "it ".. She was referring to the area ..She said the authorities should BY LAW allow the defense to see IT ..meaning "the area" in which they were collecting a body that was found there (No one at that point knew it was little Caylee's body)
