  • What is so horrible about being shy? What's wrong with having a little patience? I find shyness in a girl attractive as long as I have her attention. A shy girl who doesn't make eye contact now looking at me, who breaths fast, stumbles over words, will win me over faster then the most confident girl in the world

  • @dayvconsir The subject is about shyness in guys btw. Shyness in girls would be a completely different subject; I would personally hate shyness in a girl because it would mean that she would be taken advantage of VERY easily. It shows vulnerability and it can mean she needs a lot of attentive care. But, in today's society it is ok for a girl to be this way. A guy however, is considered a loser who won't get anything in life if he is shy. Nothing is exactly wrong with being shy, but its not

  • @dayvconsir considered desirable to many people I found. Besides, shyness and patience are two completely different things. Patience is a virtue. It's the ability to wait and tolerate the things around you. Shyness on the other hand is an impulse that you cannot control. You can control patience. You can control virtuous goals, but you cannot control impulses like hunger, desire, or even shyness. These impulses are good to have, but they can also be bad in the others' eyes. Consider this:

  • @dayvconsir In this scenario, you are walking past a beautiful girl. You know she has interests in who you are because she smiled as your eyes met. If you are patient, you decide not to talk to her and keep walking because you already have a girlfriend or a wife, let's say. If you are shy, you are incapable of making the slightest eye contact. You are incapable of thinking about what it is like to talk with such a beautiful woman such as her. Even if you were single, you wouldn't be able to

  • @dayvconsir bring yourself to talk to her. Even talking to her while stumbling upon words shows a sign of bravery, but if you're shy or introverted, you avoid the confrontation. There is nothing inherently wrong with that, however it becomes a problem when you really want a girlfriend but you can't get yourself to talk to her. A lot of people, regardless of sex, tend to lose interest when people aren't articulate. There are people who do like it because they think it's cute, but that's a rarity.

  • I wouldn't reject you ;) lol

  • @brittniebob haha thank you very much but unfortunately folks, I must inform you that I'm actually taken :p

  • this guy is hot

  • @GuamKomudo But again that is stereotype. I saw a lot of loud young Japanese girls in Japan. Asian-American girls are usually shy like they are stereotyped in the US, probably because a lot of majorities in the US (whites and blacks) put them down and make fun of their Asian culture and physical features.

  • yes! I agree. I'm Asian, and F-No i ain't shy. I'm a Fricken Studddd! haha! jk y'all jk.

although I think what she meant was in terms of the general asian male public. Generally, Asian male are noted as the shy type, but again speaking generally.

and to that, i must say this: " I'M SICK AND TIRED OF SOCIETY VIEWS ON ASIAN BEING VIEWED AS "THE QUIET SHY TYPE". WE NEED TO SPEAK OUT. GOT SOMETHIN ON YOUR MIND SAY IT! SHIT! WE NEED TO KILL THIS STEREOTYPE". F^@K THIS PISSES ME OFF!

  • @hopala007 She made a few good points though. Although the way she explained her thoughts would be seen as being offensive or aggressively opinionated, her thoughts are not unaccounted for. It's her take from her experiences, so its best not to take it personally.

  • Fak here!!!

Who is she thinking that she is to give some advise to all asian men.
