Found this on newgrounds, about 7 - 8 years back. Seen it a dozen times. Still gives me chills. Still my favorite. Own the DVD's, they are much beter quality, and the extra's are worth it to.

I dunno. With all the hype and the mystic tones and the great script ... it seems my imagination set expectations a little above what this series turned out to be. I'd like to think I should sit through a second watching, maybe I missed some of the beauty.. But so much of the grandeur and epicness the series tries to create is smoke and mirrors. A lot of mysticism, and little actual material for the mind to chew on. It beautifies the wonder, but sometimes its hard to relate to the message.

this series is so hard to pitch to people. no one gives it a chance, but those who finally do always love it [which makes it all the more obnoxious when people refuse LOL]...

I was sooo happy when Raimi and Oran were shown to survive...

Such a great series. I've been with it since the first two eps on New Grounds =] It's come so far...really great. Thanks for posting it...I lost my DVD's and had an itch to see it again...

Meh...it was alright. Awfully pretentious though, and could have done with having half an hour chopped out of it. Still, entertaining enough, and it had some good voice acting. 7/10
