  • I used this recipe this Christmas and the Turkey came out perfect.,,,my first turkey. I liked the melted butter rosemay and sage....it was very easy. and very tasty.....hope I'm not a Turkey in my next life...other then that thought it was a nice dinner...

  • I live in the UK and I'm just about to roast my first turkey ever! As I have guests over for Xmas I was petrified of getting it wrong! Thank goodness for your video - now I feel much more confident. Will let you know how it goes later!

  • Wow that is one perfect turkey. Love the fresh herbs in butter. Hope it isn't too overwhelming for some of my relatives that are the basic salt and pepper types. I am wondering if the herbs might cause some people some indigestion?

  • best turkeys are cooked with steam - either in cooking bag, or underground pacific islander traditional oven (umu, or imu).
