TCU - Math and Science Trail

TCU hosted 120 fifth grade students on campus for the third-annual TCU and Fort Worth ISD Math and Science Trail on Monday March 9 (120 students) and Wednesday March 11 (120 students). Sponsored by TCU's Andrews Institute of Mathematics, Science & Technology Education and Chesapeake Energy, the Trail engages students in exploratory learning. FWISD teachers will get hands-on math and science teaching techniques that can be brought back to the classroom; TCU education students will also experience first-hand math/science teaching techniques along with potential students theyll be teaching in the near future.
