A Half full wine jug was once obtained by drinking once from a jug of wine. Later, via update, it was changed so that a jug of wine was consumed in one drink. One half-full wine jug heals 70 life points when drank.
Players who brought half-full wine jugs from RuneScape Classic soon found they became a discontinued item and would sell for a massive sum to other players. Soon they became a rarity, and prices began to skyrocket, although it was behind in Grand Exchange prices compared to some rare items that can be worn. The street value of this item, however, is significantly more than any other rare with the exception of the Christmas cracker and some of the Party Hats. Other than boasting rights, this item has no specific value except its meager healing; only the rarity provides the object of its value. Half full wine jug is among the most sought-after items in RuneScape due to its extreme rarity.
