It's a slightly radioactive package that also happens to be an oversize superload. It's sitting on the side of the road because it's probably waiting for an escort as it changes jurisdictions.
To the narrators, learn something about radiation. You could stand next to this thing for half a day and get about a chest xray (10 dental xrays) of radiation.All risk is relative. You took more risk of dying by getting in the car, and amplified the risk by 100 by making the U Turn.

@KFGHP Yeah, I realize. We were joking about the radiation. And I just wanted to get the 5-hour drive over, or I would have stopped to ogle longer, rather than continuing.
