  • Oh darlin', what a way to spend a night. You "forgot" to detail the interaction b/w you and the ex which would have provided more insight into the hell you experienced. Well, I assume you got back into your house in the am. Happy love day to you.

  • Yes happy love day to you too. There was no interaction - I was so freaked out at that point that I just bolted out of the place, called the cab and left as quickly as I could. Nothing to tell.

  • morning and Happy Valentines Day. Stuck in my home waiting on the snow plow to get here. I understand panic attacks.. My worst is getting stuck in a drive thru car wash. I know this sounds silly to most, but I wont use them. Sorry you had such a bad night.

  • Yeah, mine are less rational than that. They don't come at any specific time or situation - they're just there. Thanks, and happy love day.

  • hey hey! Have you ever tried - Supreme Panic Magic (Sure I saw it on Google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my auntie kissed good bye the anxiety issue with it.

  • indeed the universe is trying to screw with you dog!! jajajaja I understand you, it is really a weird coincidence and a funny one if you think it afterward to had to pass through all that stuff (I would hate to see mi ex again...), keep it up :)

  • man everyone should love their house!

  • What was wrong with your lock? Do you find that a hangover just intensifies a panic attack? I have 2 videos about panic if you'd like to check them out.

  • I get them too. Don't give up. LIVE!

  • Just another FYI, There are dozens of medical studies showing the link between vestibular (inner ear) problems and panic/anxiety. For a small sampling, go to pubmed dot gov and type vestibular agoraphobia into the search block. start reading the abstracts plus (you'll have to set it to read that way).

  • Here's a suggestion: "Phobia Free" by Harold N. Levinson. get it used on amazon or from the library for I have no financial interest in Levinson's work, just an emotional one. The book saved my life. Attack free for 16 years from a simple inner-ear medication. Get your ears checked, thoroughly.

  • I've suffered panic attacks from the age of 6 ( i'm 51 now) Bullying at school set off a pattern of avoidance. I was lost until i read a book by Dr. Claire Weekes. ("self help for your nerves") although written in the '60s NOBODY understood panic like Dr. Weekes. Every expensive analyst today has copied her concept. As she says " Strength isn't borne FROM strength but comes from weakness so never feel ashamed of your weaknesses since they WILL become your strength".

  • I know what you mean about panic-attacks. I have them too and feel the same way about not wanting to leave my basement. I like the term you used: "panic-attack sandwich" or something like that. Been watching your movies, keep up the good work, guy. Later.

  • sounds like you may have agorophobia,i had it for a year and i would not leave the house,it was a safe place.
