What was wrong with your lock? Do you find that a hangover just intensifies a panic attack? I have 2 videos about panic if you'd like to check them out.

Just another FYI, There are dozens of medical studies showing the link between vestibular (inner ear) problems and panic/anxiety. For a small sampling, go to pubmed dot gov and type vestibular agoraphobia into the search block. start reading the abstracts plus (you'll have to set it to read that way).

Here's a suggestion: "Phobia Free" by Harold N. Levinson. get it used on amazon or from the library for I have no financial interest in Levinson's work, just an emotional one. The book saved my life. Attack free for 16 years from a simple inner-ear medication. Get your ears checked, thoroughly.

I've suffered panic attacks from the age of 6 ( i'm 51 now) Bullying at school set off a pattern of avoidance.
I was lost until i read a book by Dr. Claire Weekes. ("self help for your nerves") although written in the '60s NOBODY understood panic like Dr. Weekes.
Every expensive analyst today has copied her concept.
As she says " Strength isn't borne FROM strength but comes from weakness so never feel ashamed of your weaknesses since they WILL become your strength".

I know what you mean about panic-attacks. I have them too and feel the same way about not wanting to leave my basement. I like the term you used: "panic-attack sandwich" or something like that. Been watching your movies, keep up the good work, guy. Later.

I can tell you something that isn't fun: Being an alcoholic panic attack sufferer. It causes extra dramas all over the place & i think it intensifies the attacks.
Be careful. :)
