Spawn saves Cyan from Kincaid and returns her to her parents, along with the wedding ring Al Simmons was buried with. Frustrated that Spawn did not kill Kincaid, Clown does the job himself and promises to continue pursuing the Hellspawn.

@tazss159 SInce Spawn never actually died, just got pretty damn close a couple times, all that's really known is that he does in fact go back to hell. But since he made a deal with the Devil to return to earth, I'm unsure as to if he'd make it again. Or if the devil would let him. That's left unanswered. So, for all that the artist has revealed, Al would just return to hell, that's it.

@tazss159 that's true in part, but the concept of the 'time limit' is also true in a sense. Spawn's body is composed of necroplasm, and every time he uses magical power it consumes a little bit of him. When it runs out, he dies again and goes to hell. However, he can be sent early if he's beheaded by a holy weapon. Other weapons can harm him, sometimes badly, but he will heal at the cost of some more necroplasm.

As far as I know, Spawn can only be killed if he is beheaded by a weapon made in Heaven, so then why do bullets affect him?
