I remember a time where I could easily recall your face when I close my eyes, every little detail-the way your dimples creased as you smile, the way your eyes light up when they look into mines, the way your lips crushed upon mines. Now you were becoming a blur to me, and I began to doubt myself if there really had been a you.


Grabbing the last things I have of you, the old tittered picture of us staring back happily-the us that were in happier times-and your oversize large white shirt that I often wore as a night gown, I cried. I stiffly wipe my tears again once more, afraid that the moment my tears drop upon the picture, your smile would blur forever; afraid that if my tears stained your shirt, your scent would be lost forever.
