    I like to buy Spry or Pur brand .. both taste good and you can get them at the health food store. They are a bit more expensive but no aspartame! I'm in Canada but they might have a similar brand in the US or UK or wherever you're located.

    I have had severe constant cardiac arrhythmia for the last 48 hours, with very little sleep... I suggested that Aspartame could have something to do with it... so I googled it and found that I was right. Recently, I drink a lot of instant coffee - about 4-5 cups a day, with each cup containing 8 aspartame pills...
