At the time of this video Ireland had the record for the most Eurovision wins.
In fact we still do.
We just didn't care anymore and thought we'd have a laugh with it by entering the cheapest act we could come up with. I mean really? A 19 year old felt puppet on a desk with spinning glitterballs? That's Irish humor for you. XD
