Hey all, Drugfree Professional Bodybuilder/Elite RAW Power Lifter Tuan here with another video. Here you will see me finishing up my workout with a set of 2 reps with 315 lbs on the Front Squat. Also, I am using a Olympic Clean grip so that it will help me improve on my Power Cleans and lead to my goal of a 300 lbs Power Clean. Wish me luck on that goal and enjoy the video

  • @wookieeassassin my videos are to educate and give people ideas how to change up their training to get better results. I am sure you know everything, but others may not. Also, weight belts have their place but like any support unit, the more you use it, the more depended you become to it. Are you going to wear a weight belt in your everyday life when doing any manual labor? But I do agree you should where one when you are using 85% or higher of your 1 rep max, but not all the time

  • sometimes some of the shit you say is kind of uhhh.... I dunno, doesn't make sense? "no belt = all natural ability, more ability and athletic ability" wtf? I thought it just means you have a strong ass core (meaning abs and lower back)

    but yeah respect dude, keep it up

  • @vongSTAA All natural meaning no performance enhancing drug use, more athletic ability meaning that my athletic ability is increasing without the use of a tool (belt, suit, shirt) so that means I am not handicap without the tool. Next time you see a guy doing an exercise with an assistance tool; ask him if he could perform the same without it. But yes, it does also mean I have a strong ass core as well.

  • @talder123 i meant low as in good depth, not weight.

  • @anepales that's not that low for front squats. Front squats are harder than back squats. It's like 4 plates for back squats.

  • I don't understand why your FS grip would ever be different than a clean grip. Anyone have an answer/comment?
