La Lune Noire - Catch My Shadow

This is the second video release of La Lune Noire. Like the first video (Skin to Skin), this time the video was also made by the band itself. We like to thank Sven's sister in law Zaza, who features in the video.

If you think she looks absolutely cool, you could be right as the video was shot on the beach at zero degrees Celsius !!!

La Lune Noire (The Black Moon) are a band based in Dordrecht, Holland. Formed out of previous bands Under the Rose and Say When! Influenced by the likes of Gary Numan and Front 242, they make their music on their own home studio.

Ik dacht laat ik heem eerst eens zonder geluid bekijken, je hebt immers film én je hebt muziek als twee aparte entiteiten. De clip vindt ik helemaal goed, er zitten een paar mooie klassiekers in die ook nog eens perfect zijn uitgevoerd wat mij betreft.

Spanning, filmisch, opbouw (en afbouw), ironie, humor, het zit er allemaal in zonder dat het op mij als geforceerd overkomt.

Er blijft ook nog iets hangen, je weet wel, iets dat je niet los laat..... Who's that girl..?
