In this scene, a terrified Viki calls Rene and tells her about the blackouts. When Viki is left alone for a moment, she starts panicking and Princess makes her first appearance.

@GottaLoveJonas103 This scene happened in February 1995. Viki battled her multiple personality disorder from January 1995 till December 1995. This was the year that we found out that Viki had many different alters besides Niki.

@brinpol Jean made her first appearance in late January 1995. This scene took place on the Valentine's Day episode a few short weeks later. This was the first time that Viki had emerged since that late January night when Dorian told her about the sexual abuse.  Jean basically had complete control of Viki's body up until then (with the exception of Tommy emerging for a few minutes in an earlier episode). For some strange reason, Jean lost control and Viki, then Princess emerged here.
