you examples are of him submitting people... you gave no examples of his "correct" technique.

the rampage fight was fixed. the bader fight may have been too.

but in all reality he has been training subs and striking for 4 years... how good do you think someone can get in 4 years of mma training? DO THE MATH...

@overgrow00 Ok and what makes you say that? Not ur opinion but please show me an example in the ring when his submission grappling looked suspect. You mean like the submissions he had over Rampage and Bader? Who has had him in danger of a submission that you make this claim? Again I give examples b/c its not enough to say without evidence to support it. The guy is a beast, like or not (i hate his personality and some character flaws) the kid is the real deal. Give credit where its due.

@overgrow00 Rudimentary grappling? Like never being taken down in the octagon once, not even once. Thats basic level grappling? Submissions? Ask Machida and Rampage what they think of his submissions. Look at the body of work just this last year, 4 fights against top competition, and honestly say he is not at the top level just slightly under GSP and Anderson. I will even concede to like 92 or 93, but he is high level even this young, thats y they say prodigy.

the thruth is jon jones has POOR striking technique. his submission grappling skills are very rudimentary still. he has onyl be training and fighting mma for 4 years! he is completely GREEN, a rookie still. based on SKILL only and not who he has beat he should be a 86 at best.

@overgrow00 Jon Jones is easily a 95 the problem I had with the stats is that Anderson should have been a 95 or 96. Silva was underrated, not Jones being overrated. Like Jones or not (I dont really Im an Evans fan) you cant deny how scary talented he is, and he is still learning.
