That guy is so retarded, music sales are plummeting because of other factors such as standards of living & depreciation of the US dollar. The US has the best quality of entertainers. P2P boomed they're record sales, but this law is hurting the music industry.

my theory on the RIAA can't sue no more because someone was able to prove that suing was a fraud to gain money for the government and the isp gets a cut of that money so all this suing is just to get richer
