Detroit was originally a French speaking city, as it was founded by French Canadians from Quebec. My grandfather spoke the language, and thought he had it made when he was being stationed in France during WW1. He told me that when he go to France he had a difficult time understanding them.

Thought about vlogging in my own language but as you're saying "as a vlogger you want people to watch your vids and english is just a more common language" If your channel was french spoken you probably would not have the number of subs you have right now.

@bakker46 I wouldn't have any. I barely have any right now compared to some of the big fishes. But I'm not after the numbers. I could lose 50% of my subs tomorrow and just go "shit happens". What that does, is that every time I get another sub, smile goes up, because people are interested. That's the only thing that keeps me going.

@ParisianZee We're used to wildly different accents in English, too. Southern United States is totally different from a Scottish accent or a Boston accent. There are so many of them. It's all good, bro. I know the Quebec accent is considered inferior or just not tasteful in France. I just kinda feel bad for them lol!
